Easy to find with enough parking spaces. Silent location, no street noise. Breakfast was okay, with the option to eat on the spacious restaurant terrace. Good view from the room's terrace over the street and city

A very good and clean hotel - for the low price. Excellent breakfast buffet, that you normally find in more expensive hotels. We stayed only for 1 night before travelling further to France. For that purpose I can only recommend this hotel.

Very good breakfast and the room was very clean.
The hotel is far from Kassel city and nevertheless it is not really close to nature.

Located in a peaceful, residential suburb, this hotel offers a serene escape from the bustling Kassel. the setting amidst the hills and woods makes for a calming ambiance. it's just a short distance away from the train station and attractions like the berg park. the rooms are quite sizeable, with well, equipped en, suites, perfect for a comfortable stay. the staff is accommodating and offers tasty breakfast.
The hotel doesn't have an in, house restaurant, meaning guests must venture out to find food.

We (my daughter and I) enjoyed the quiet location and easy access to the park and city. We also appreciated the staff contacting us ahead of time to let us know how to pick up the key since we were arriving later than 2000. The place was clean and neat. The breakfast (though extra) was good with plenty of variety. We enjoyed our weekend to relax and take a break.

The hotel's location was great, offering beautiful views from the rooms. The staff was friendly and the free wifi worked perfectly. the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
The hotel had a strong musty smell upon entering and was in need of refurbishment. The breakfast was mediocre and could use improvement.

The location
There was a lack of good care and quality: the staff wasn't kind, I had a bad mattress, at several places you find traces of bad care (e.g. water that stays in the wash-bowl/stoppage, many things out of date, ugly plants, bad smell in our room)

Very friendly welcome; the room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was well stocked and delicious. Our dog was also made very welcome :-).
The restaurant was closed which was a little disappointing after a long drive but we were directed to an excellent restaurant just up the road where we had a lovely meal so it had happy ending.

Celebrated New Year's Eve with my partner in a family-run hotel. the room was clean and included free Wi-Fi. the location was perfect; situated in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by hills and forests. We enjoyed waking up to the scenic view from our room every morning.
The towels were worn out and the pillows were flimsy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. the parking situation was a bit tight and we struggled to find a spot.

Great service upon arrival. Quirky hotel. Room was great. Great suggestion about dining at nearby lindahopf hotel restaurant down the road, food there and beer was superb. Service there was very entertaining. Breakfast was outstanding with massive selection. The lady/owner (?) was superb and very friendly with great laugh and spoke English very well.
Not as close to Hercules monument as expected. Took longer than 10 minutes to walk there but park and palace was amazing with heaps sights to discover. Be prepared to walk heaps.
